Happy 4th!! Sale & Giveaway!

I have been quilting Mabel's quilt with the sun shining through the window, and it made me think that I should have a sale! :) And because it's the 4th of July tomorrow, and that definitely merits a sale.

Sewing in the sun.

I also marked down some pattern prices in my Craftsy Store. I hope you'll stop by and check them out!

And why not throw in a giveaway as well?! Use the rafflecopter for your chance to win a pattern of your choosing! :)

I'm excited for tomorrow. The Mr has work off and we are heading over to some friends house for yummy food, pool time for the kiddos, and of course, some very welcome socializing! (I don't get enough of that these days). :) I even picked out some perfect patriotic outfits for the kids! (and that never happens).

What are your plans for the holiday???

  3. I also just started following your blog and I LOVE your blog and your projects! I am a very new quilter and recently bought the alphabet pattern and can't wait to try it out although a little more experience would probably help before I tackle it! Tomorrow, I will either sew (my want to do) or clean my house (my SHOULD do). Have a great holiday and thanks for the opportunity!

  10. I'll be taking my daughter to a Young Marines event where she'll participate in the Honor Guard for a local Fourth of July Ceremony. Afterwards, we'll be spending the afternoon at the Elks for a picnic. Then we'll head towards the lake in the evening to watch the fireworks. It should be a fun filled day!

  25. My 4th of July plans involve trying to keep our neighbors from catching our trees/pasture on fire. So far, so good, but I've already had one tense "discussion" with them. Ugh.

  28. The 4th is my mother in-laws birthday so we had a BBQ at my brother in-laws. On Saturday, my cousin has a huge fireworks show at her house. She lives on a lake so they do them over the water and its amazing.

  31. I got up early on the fourth to go to the plaza in Santa Fe for the traditional "Pancakes on the Plaza." I was hoping that one of the potter's whose work I purchased last year (a funcitonal "pancake bowl") would be exhibiting again so I could buy more ... she was and I came home with some beautiful bowls.

  32. We always get together at the same park with a ton of friends and family for a huge picnic and water fight. We take a huge group photo and stay out late watching the fireworks.

    ReplyDelete
  33. We always have a cookout & go watch fireworks at night!! :)

  34. My disabled daughter had three oral surgery procedures on the 3rd. So our weekend has been a lazy one. We have a stage 2 fire ban in our county due to the wildfires, so there are no fireworks - home or professional. Hubby and I celebrated our 22nd anniversary today and my son left for scout camp. So a lot going on, but nothing "holiday like". ;-)
